Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Services Provided
We provide tutoring services in Math, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Supply Chain, and Excel for students in the Durham Region (Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering). Our tutoring sessions are available both online and in-person at predetermined meetup locations.

2. Booking & Cancellations

Sessions can be booked through the website or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation Policy: You must provide 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Payment

The cost for tutoring sessions starts at $30 per session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payments are due before or at the start of each session. We accept payments via Cash or E-transfer.
Payment for bundled sessions or packages will be specified at the time of booking.

4. Student Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner during tutoring sessions. Any disruptive behaviour may result in termination of services.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or any other issue arising from the use of our services or materials.
Our tutoring services are designed to assist students in their learning, but we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes.

6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
